Treatment Services

  • Care Coordination

    Care Coordination is a FREE, confidential service for South Dakotans dealing with addiction – including family members or friends. A Care Coordinator partners with you and your support team to develop an individualized recovery plan. The service offers continual support and guidance throughout the entire recovery process.

  • Behavioral Health Treatment Services Locator

    Find a care and treatment facility in your area. This directory provides location and contact information for the following services:

    • Mental health

    • Buprenorphine practitioners
    • Veterans affairs

    Provided by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration (SAMHSA) and run by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

    Meeting locator for those suffering from substance addictions and activity addictions. No cost to attend. You can simply show up.

  • South Dakota Region Narcotics Anonymous

    A nonprofit support group of men and women for whom drugs have become a major problem. NA uses a traditional 12-step model.

  • AI-Anon

    A worldwide support group that offers a program of recovery for the families and friends of alcoholics, whether or not the alcoholic recognizes the existence of a drinking problem or seeks help.
